Returns Policy Overview
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Time Frame to Refund
You should expect to receive your refund within seven business days of us receiving your packages, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Re-Stocking Fee & Partial Refunds
11x17 Inc. charges a minimum of 10% to re-stock merchandise. If merchandise requires re-packaging or partial disposal additional fees will apply. If merchandise being returned was delivered more than 30 days ago 11x17 Inc. will charge an additional fee.
Shipping and Handling
11x17 Inc. does not refund shipping and handling charges unless the return is a result of our error.

11x17 Inc. does not refund Taxes & Duties unless the return is a result of our error.
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please call us to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 3 to 7 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
How to process a Return
Call 11x17 Inc. and request for a return. 11x17 Inc. will verify and review the request. Once your request has been approved 11x17 Inc. will provide you with an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA-XXX). Please mark this code on the side of every box you are returning. Please repackage the merchandise the same way it was received in. Please ship your package back with a preferred common carrier: UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Once your package is received we will review its contents and contact you for payment information.
Large Items Shipped By Specialty Carriers & High Quantity Orders (100 pieces)
We are happy to accept returns for large items that are shipped via our specialty shippers. Prior approval or orders of quantities of 100 pieces or more should be approved by 11x17 Inc. Management prior to ordering. These items do require a special type of return and cannot be returned with a pre-paid return mailing label like standard shipments. Please contact us if you need to return an item shipped via a specialty shipper. We will follow up with instructions for returning the item. Note: Returns that are not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.
Refused or Un-approved Returns
Merchandise received without an approval is held for 15 days to await customers request for return, if request is not made merchandise becomes property of 11x17 Inc.
Custom made products are not returnable, all sales are final.
