Use for comic art pages
I actually use 2 of these [half inch and 1 inch] and one Pina Zangaro frost acrylic one for holding my 11 x 17 sketchpapers for drawing comics [11 x 17 is standard size for USA comics art] and other art. In Pina Zangaro I hold my more expensive thick artboards. Punched 3 holes at 11 inch side and fits perfectly.
I even use this binder as a sketchboard by just flipping the front cover to back and there you go. Place it against table in your lap or anywhere really as I do not like to use drawing/drafting tables.
I also use the 11 x 17 wooden clipboard as a sketckboard when drawing comics. Not heavy and super portable.
Don't know why this website does not advertise these 11 x 17 products for comic and art community. Sales would go up easily.
Thans for nice products. |

Nice binder
Excellent quality, I like the view feature so I can print out my own spine & cover. The rings snap hard, and I've not broken a binder yet. It would be perfect if it just had some pockets. Can't beat it for the price, though, and it holds a *lot* of paper with that d-ring. Ordered some 3" binders & may send them back - they're huge. These 2" hold everything I need, but I do wish they'd add the pockets (hint, hint)... |

11 x 17
We use a lot of 11 x 17 sheets in our office, and this binder is the perfect solution for us. The slant ring holds more sheets than a round ring, and this binder is 1/2 the price of the office supply stores. The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I haven't used it for a long time, so I don't know how it will hold up. So far, so good! |
