	by Paige on 2/18/2008	Do not buy this product... I have been a customer with 11x17.com for a long time. I wanted to try this notebook out and see how well it did. I do have to say that "WHEN" I recieved a good notebook after 2 attempts. It did very well. But by then my project was over. From now on I will stick with your stock Notebook.
	by Seth at 11x17 Inc. on 3/30/2008	At first Glance At first glance we were very impressed with the Cardinal Brand 11x17 Binder. It seemed to have very close to ours the same panel dimensions that we have been using since 1994 this would allow for our brand index tabbed dividers and our brand sheet protectors to fit smartly inside the binder while closed. Also the binder had a new locking ring mechanism that we are now introducing in our newer series. The vinyl as well seemed to be made from a quality stock. But after closer examinations and trial we have found many flaws with this product. When inspecting the binder we found many that had not been sufficiently heat sealed, leaving the chipboard exposed. Also the vinyl was typically not stretched properly in the same place in quite a few binders, making a bubbling effect that wouldn’t go away. Unfortunately we carried the product for a short while and we apologize for any inconveniences we have caused our customers, we know they rely on us to carry quality products. Since then we have discontinued its line in our stores except for special request orders.
