A Couple of BIG Upgrades This binder design has been part of our product line since prior to 2000. We have now made a few big steps in materials used. The vinyl used is more durable and is considered to be "Premium Quality." We have also updated the Ring Mechanism. The EZ Touch Ring is a single lever spring action locking ring, as the name suggest its eazy to open and shouldn't pinch fingers when closing. The locking ring and vinyl upgrade already complement the Higher Quality Extra Thick chipboard used, and the clear overlay outside pockets for full sheet insertion. Guarantee 11x17 Inc. Manufactured products are guaranteed to be free from defects due to workmanship or material. Stocking This Product is normally kept in-stock. Small quantities orders of less than 120 units, ship UPS. Larger quantities of 120 or more ship UPS Freight LTL. Product does not include paper and or cover sheet inserts. Picture is for illustration use only.
